Pisces-Cetus Supercluster Complex
(large scale structure containing Milky Way)
The Pisces-Cetus Supercluster Complex is a galaxy filament
about a billion light-years in length, which is the portion of the
large scale structure in which the Milky Way resides. The complex was
identified in 1987. Among the resident superclusters are the
Laniakea Supercluster and the Pisces-Cetus Supercluster.
