Haleakala Observatory

Haleakala Observatory is a Hawaiian observatory on the island of Maui, at the peak of Haleakala, the volcanic mountain that constitutes much of Maui. Its altitude is 3052 meters (10013 feet). Among the telescopes:

• Faulkes Telescope North, a Las Cumbres Observatory telescope.
• All Sky Automated Survey (ASAS) telescope.
• All Sky Automated Survey for SuperNovae (ASAS-SN) telescopes.
• XO Project telescopes.
• Daniel K. Inouye Solar Telescope (DKIST).
• ATLAS-HKO, an ATLAS survey telescope.
• PLANETS (future).
• NEAT telescope (past).

Hawaii also hosts observatories on Mauna Kea (Mauna Kea Observatories) and Mauna Loa, both on the island of Hawaii.
