Darwin

(past plan for space telescopes acting as an interferometer)

Darwin was a European Space Agency (ESA) plan for several spacecraft, each with a 3-4 meter Reflector Telescope, together to serve as an Interferometer in space for studying Extra Solar Planets. Studies for the project ended in 2007 with no plans to continue.
